A few years ago I was working with Carlo Balemans (a composer, friend, conductor, free thinker) about the need for a conducting simulator. We are not talking about waving through the air in front of a DVD projection, but about the ability to manipulate the playing of a piece of music with hand gestures, body language and facial expression.

The 1st target audience/ market was student conductors for Wind Orchestra, but we quickly saw the gaming value that it brings.

Together we came to the conclusion, then, that it is certainly a realistic concept (we have already been overtaken by the market by now) but launching such a product requires capital and time. It fell short in that regard. What I got from it is a nice domain name and (if you ask me) a nice logo.
